Surge keeps losing steps and miles constantly

This is getting really really REALLY annoying. I'm livid. Today my watch failed to log my hard boxing session and when I synced my step count of 23,500 went back to 11,700. What the hell?! I can't be doing with the lack of reliability. Also when I run my device only logs half the steps it should and the GPS can be massively out. If anyone reads this thinking of getting a fitbit, don't. Go for Garmin because u can't trust the Surge to be accurate.

I've never had an issue in over a year of use; it might just be you have a defective unit; have you called Customer Support?
