Surge laser to detect HR no longer works

Hi,

I noticed yesterday my Surfe was not picking up my heart rate. I cleaned it, turned it off and on, adjusted on my wrist. I noticed the green laser light not on either. I have had this device for less then a year. Any suggestions?

Try a restart. Sometimes doing it a few times helps.
