Surge lasted 6 months then froze

I have had 3 Surge watches. Each has failed after approx 6 months. Now that I am outside of the warranty I am out of luck. Definitely a poorly designed watch. Not built to withstand daily use. Please beware that this watch will not last. Customer service told me I was out of luck. Any advice on replacement would be greatly appreciated.

Hello Fitzge43,

So sorry to hear that you have experienced trouble with the Surge watch. This is a review in which I'm sure customers will be happy to learn about.

Since you are out of warranty on this product when it goes bad, I suggest trying online bidding sites to replace it - if you truly want to stay with the Surge watch.  Many times, people receive these as gifts and are surprised to find that they don't use them, so are willing to sell at a fraction of the brand new cost.

Good luck on your next pick of a fitness tracker, should you decide to move onto a different model.

@fitzge43 glad to hear from you! I am sorry your Surge broke down out of warranty. @Dorre seems to have a good Idea on how to go around a more affordable replacement. Another thing you can do is contact support again. They might be able to find a solution for you still. They are here to help after all.

Let me know how it goes! See you soon!
