Surge logging some but not all my sleep

Surge might record from falling asleep to being awake briefly overnight, but not the hours after that until morning. Very annoying, because that's not an accurate measure of my sleep. Any suggestions?

Hi @Geckoes! Please receive a warm welcome to the Fitbit Family! It's great to see you participating here! Smiley Happy

Have you tried the sensitive mode. The sensitive settings will cause your tracker to record more detailed information. Smiley Happy

  • To change your setting in the Fitbit app Account > Advanced Settings > Sleep Sensitivity.
  • To change your setting in the fitbit.com dashboard, go to Settings > Devices > scroll down to Sleep Tracking

Now, if you think it's an issue with the tracker you can restart it too. It might help!

Hope this helps, I'll be around in case you need more help! Heart
