Hi my fit bit surge has stopped syncing with my phone. Bluetooth is turned on and it is still showing as being paired? Any suggestions please.

Best AnswerTry turning Bluetooth off then back on. If that didn't work, try a phone restart. Those tips have helped me. At worst, I've deleted the surge and reinstalled it.
Best AnswerMy 3rd replacement Surge stopped working after 1 month. Their solution was to sell me another for 25% off. Seriously????? I will toss this one in the garbage just like the previous 2 and go with a competitor. Customer service is awful. They do NOT stand behind their product!!!!
Best AnswerNone of the buttons work so I cannot turn it off. It has been like that since the day I received it. Fitbit won't replace it. They will only sell me another one at 25% off. I am done with them. But thanks for the reply and the suggestion.
