I have tried everythng. My surge just wont receive notifications from my Honor 5x. I have noticed sumilar posts regarding the honor 5x and additionally ave noted that its not on the compatible devices list. Do you plan solve this problem and add the honor 5x to this list anytime soon?

Hello @Dre2329! Welcome to the forums. Thanks for taking the time read the reviews and related posts. Actually, in order to add this model to the list of supported devices our Android team has to test it out to make sure about compatibility and until then, added it to the list. I don't have any update about it, but stay tuned, we usually let our users know those updates here in the Forums or in our official Fitbit.com page.
I suggest using any other compatible device from the list to sync or connect new trackers. Our team is always working to test and add more Android devices to the supported devices list, so keep an eye open for updates!
