Surge not resynching with phone

Hello! 

My fitbit has stopped syncing with my phone for some reason, worked fine up until this afternoon when I plugged it in to charge it. I've tried everything; restarted both my fitbit and iphone, deleted the app and redownloaded, ensured everything was up to date, disconnected from all other bluetooth appliances, and even had my friend download the app so I could try his phone but no luck. I'm starting to think it's the actual appliance but am not sure. any help would be appreciated!

If you have gone through the trouble shooting steps listed in this article for why your phone does not sync and that did not solve it then you need to contact support.
