Surge not syncing with iPhone updated with ios11

My iPhone 6 updated with ios11. It is not finding my surge device and unable to sync with fitbit device. Even the fitbit app is disappeared from full screen. I can find out through search app in iPhone.  I tried a lot but all went in vain. My surge is working fine. I need a help to solve the  problem.

Hi mk2312 .. this happened to me a few weeks ago. I updated my iOS to v11 and my Bluetooth wouldn’t connect my surge. Here is what I did :

I updated my Fitbit app version to 2.40.1(719)

Then Apple released a bug fix version of the iOS 11 , so I updated my iOS to v11.01

Shutdown iPhone and Surge by going to Settings>Shutdown>Yes

After about 15 secs turned both iPhone and Surge back on

Went to iPhone setting>Bluetooth and tried connecting to Surge and it connected. 

Problem solved !

This is primarily happening to me every time Apple releases a new iOS version . This really frustrating. I’m having the same issue again
