Surge not syncing with my Samsung S7

My phone. Samsung S7 cannot communicate with my tracker since Sunday. Any ideas? Tried all the troubleshooting tips. Thanks

Was one of the things you tried a restart of the fitbit using this procedure?

If so, how many times did you try it? It's known to not always work and it's recommended to try it at least three times.
