Surge not tracking active minutes

I've been walking for about 4 hours mostly non stop and my surge never tracks anything at all, or little of what I do do. It only counted 14 active minutes today out of 4 hours.

@Sarah1991 Welcome to the Fitbit Community! I will recommend to perform a restart on your Surge. That should fix any inaccuracies. Also, active minutes are gained every time your METs are met. Take a look at this thread for more details and examples about it.

Let me know how it works after the restart. Smiley Happy

I just tried restarting my surge to see if that would help.  That did not help.  I have also tried to uninstall and reinstall the app on my phone and my active minutes are still not appearing.  My steps are syncing no problem but I am in a couple of challenges this week and my steps are not syncing to the challenges.  Is this a software glitch? My active minutes are also not appearing and I know I have had a lot of active minutes today. What's going on?

I am having the same issue. Active minutes are zero but steps, calories burned and tracking are recorded
