Surge not tracking active minutes

I’ve never had a problem with my Surge (2nd one!). I average 10-12 miles a day. 4-6 miles running the rest just normal daily activity. I average 4,000+ calamities a day and 275+ active minutes per day. Today my active minutes read “0”.  

I’ve read all the threads. I’ve restarted my Surge. Restarted my iPhone XS. Turned my Bluetooth in and off. Synched and synched my Surge and still 0 active minutes??  Calories of course proportionally down too :(. Help!?
