Hi,
A few days ago my surge fully ran out of battery. After re-charging I was unable to sync to my phone. Also, none of the tracking features are working (not recording steps, Km's heart rate or floors). After fully charging my surge the battery is only lasting approx 30 minutes before surge turns off and requires another full charge.
I've managed to uninstall and reinstall my surge on my iphone and syncing is now working but all other problems remain. I've reset my surge on multiple occasions to no effect.
Any suggestions?

! I'd recommend checking the I can't sync my tracker article and also, try following the steps listed here to improve the battery life on your tracker.
