Hi. My surge is no longer recording my HR during exercise, and when I select golf it doesn't track it through gps. I've installed the most recent updates and have tried charging and restarting the surge...but no joy.  Can you please advise?

A warm welcome to out Fitbit Community family @Hoggie78! Sorry to know that you've been having issues with your Surge. Why don't you try the recommendations that @DerrickS suggested in this thread, to get the Golf option back to your Surge.  Apparently, it was a crash that was affecting the Shortcuts of the Fitbit Surge, but it has been resolved.

 

About your HR information, please try to restart your Surge again. Then turn off the HR and sync your tracker then turn it back on and sync it again. When did you start having this issues with your HR? Are you able to see the green lights flashing in the back?
