Surge not updating my steps

Today my surge shows my step at 20,000. It won't reset to show my current steps. It also won't sync. 

Has anyone had problems like this?

What device are you trying to sync with? Sometimes resetting that device, or turning the bluetooth off and on again can nudge it into action. I often have problems synching if there are multiple bluetooth enabled devices within range. You could also try removing the app, and then reinstalling it.

 

But if you're steps are not resetting at midnight, it sounds as though you may need to reboot the Surge. Doing this three times in succession can solve a number of glitches.
