Surge not working

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

The buttons on my surge are stuck and it will not allow me to change the time or navigate, all I use it for is to check my heart rate during weight training and counting steps, it has never gotten wet accept from sweat at which time I promptly clean off.

@MitchWM By stuck do you mean physically won't move, or you push them and nothing happens? If they push and nothing happens, let the battery drain to zero (about 24 hours after the display goes blank) then recharge and restart. If after the restart the buttons still don't work or if they physically don't move call Customer Service (if the Surge is still under warranty). That's 24 months in Europe and 12 months everywhere else). If it's not under warranty then you are stuck with it. Good luck.

The top button on the right and the single button on the left are physically stuck.

@MitchWM I don't know what you have access to but assuming it's not under warranty I would try to unstick the buttons by Compressed air or Contact Cleaner then some kind of vegetable oil. See if that loosen's them up. Good luck.
