Surge records activity I've not done

At 23.00 my surge records "walks" at 3mph. These walks appear to last for up to 7 hours and burn thousands of calories. That's all very nice but I've been inactive at these times (asleep). I've tuned off the auto exercise recognition but to no avail. Any ideas on how I can stop this?

Oh, this is very weird @Kebab_Jerry! Have you tried restarting your Surge? Is the timezone set correctly on your buddy?

I've not tried restarting yet. My first approach has been to disconnect myfitnesspal/strava/endomondo etc. It'll be a few days before I see if that's worked.

Looks like disconnecting other apps has done the trick. I think it was caused by "myfitnesspal".

Hmmm...very strange @Kebab_Jerry, but everything is working great by now?

Yes, assuming I accept its inaccuracies, a strap that causes hives and the inability to link it to other apps (I'll even ignore its inability to track rowing) then yes everything is now fab.
