Since about a week ago swipe on my Surge screen will not work unless it is connected to the PC for sync/charge. Was there a flawed product update that caused this ?
Since I mostly use the step counter and the heart rate, is it possible to get on the screen the time, the step counter and the heart rate at the same time ? In this case I would not bother with the swipe issue.

Hi @Discoazul. It’s been quite a while since I’ve used the Surge. It may be best for you to contact Support. They should be able to advise you.

my surge also stopped swiping,even when connected for charging.
I am thinking it is a software glitch, is there going to be any help from fitbit or are we sol?
It worked great until a few days ago.
