Bought two days ago and found that heart rate monitor not working. Contacted help line and they are sending replacement. Now find that screen it too dark and cannot increase. Very disappointed with item and may have to send back for refund.

If you already turn on the "Back-light" option I would like to encourage you to vote and place your comments in this request that was already suggested here: Surge back light brightness adjustment. You can also create another one if you think that this is not the same idea that you have.
Members of the Community can place new ideas in this board so they can be implemented in a future update, this is the best way to make your voice heard.
