Surge screen won't swipe

My screen will not swipe. I have done a restart and it has not been sorted,

As you've already performed a reset, if your battery life is still excellent, your screen digitizer might've failed. If your battery dies quickly, it may have expanded and is pushing into the screen potentially causing issues detecting touch. Options: replace the digitizer and/or battery or buy a new Fitbit.
