Surge shows a black and white pixelated screen

I havent used the fitbit for a long time, and when i tried to use it, it wouldt work my screen is black and white pixelated

When it hasn't been used in a while and not charged it can ruin the battery.

 

Try a restart

Do it at least 3 times.
