Surge stopped giving heart rate

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.
So for 3 days now my Surge has stopped giving me my heart rate. I've owned it for 2 weeks and seems this function just died. I've read all the helpful tips and ideas and nothing has worked. Even tested it out on a few of the guys at work and it doesn't work for them either.
Can I get some Fitbit support help.

@Aldog1977 Welcome to the Fitbit Community! Have you also tried to turn off the heart rate feature, sync, then turn it back "on" or "auto", and sync again? You can do this from the tracker itself, you will find the option under the settings.

Let me know if you have already done this. Keep me posted.

I've done everything you can possibly think of to fix this. I've switched to On, Auto, on, and even gave off a go ;).
