Surge stopped incrementing Calories & Active Minutes

My Surge stopped incrementing calories at 6524 and active minutes at 636. I continued my walk for several more hours and the totals did not increase.

Is this a known limitation with the Surge?

@eddier123 A warm welcome to our Fitbit Community! Seems odd that your Surge has stopped adding calories and active minutes when on activities. Your Surge don't have limitations to keep tracking your calories and other data. I recommend restarting your tracker as advised in Meylin's post. Once this has been done, test your tracker's behavior.

Keep me posted on the outcome my friend and I'll be around! Smiley Happy
