Surge stopped tracking steps and heart rate

I received my Fitbit surge as a gift on Christmas last winter. It is March and it has stopped tracking my steps and showing my heart rate. I have tried resetting it several times however it is not working. It stopped tracking all of a sudden and I didn't change any settings.

I received mine for Christmas and mine did the same thing. My iPhone 6 stopped showing my steps taken and heart rate a couple of days ago. Fitbit Surge shows it on the screen, but not my phone. Also, I had over 22k steps today, but reflects only 19,040 on the summary of today and my challenge 😕

I just went on my Iphone to Fit Bit ap and went to "my account" choose "+set up device", then follow directions. Now my phone is reflecting the correct # of steps I took yesterday, the heart monitor and steps taken 🙂

Mine just did the same thing today.  It only tracks my heartrate, everything else is 0.  I tired restarting it a few times but no luck

I contacted Fitbit about the problem and am receiving a complimentary replacement in the mail
