I bought by Fitbit Surge back in 2015. Has been working like a charm since then. Recently (about a month ago) it stopped tracking steps and heart rate after I took a boxing class. I've tried restarting, resyncing, deleting the device and adding it again in the Fitbit app, reinstalling the Fitbit app. Have the latest version of the firmware (Firmware version: 16.34.6.1) installed as well. But nothing seems to be working and fixing the issue. I'm not sure if this is a hardware or software concern. Any help would be appreciated.
Also let me know if there is an authorized service center in Bangalore, Karnataka, India where I can visit and get it checked (if this is a hardware issue).
