Surge strap broken again on clock face

I recently had my surge replaced as the strap has come away from the clock face. The exact same thing has happened to the replacement. Very unhappy customer.

That's unfortunate. I guess all you can do is get back to them for another replacement.

Yep, just waiting to hear back from them. I can't seem to find the live chat I used last time. I'm guessing it will just happen to the next one too.

The live chat option will only appear if there is someone available at the time. I think they cover office hours on the US west coast so it's the middle of the night there.
