Surge strap broken

My surge strap has been cracked around the fixing screws for some months now that I haven't wanted to wear it continuously for the fear of losing it. Can I be advised what my options and next steps are please?

This type of problem does not seem to be repairable. If you are still within warranty (see www.fitbit.com/returns ) then you can contact customer support via one of the options in the following link to discuss the possibility of a replacement:
