Surge suddely stop register HR during exercie

I was jogging in a 6,5 km loop. after 1,5 km it suddenly stopp to register HR. This i have used for 18 months and it has been all good the whole way. Until now. After it will not start to register HR. The green lights is at function.

A warm welcome to the Community @Fleming! Thanks for the details. I would like you to make sure that  you're following these tips to properly wear your Surge and detects heart rate data, What should I know about my heart rate data? 

 

Also, you can try restarting your tracker and keep monitoring it.
