Surge suddenly changed date/time and reset steps

Dashboard still shows that I have 17,000+ steps, but the Surge display says that it's 2:44 pm om February 7th and I only have 322 steps. Syncing doesn't seem to change anything. Not sure how to fix it.

@cate0513 Welcome to the Fitbit Community! Okay, first, check that the time zone setting is correct. If it is; problem should be fixed once you sync the tracker. Maybe the Surge is not syncing correctly. Do you have more than one tracker set up on your account? That could be the issue. If you do, make sure that the Surge is the only tracker near at the time you will be syncing it. Also, confirm the last syncing time on your online dashboard by clicking the gear icon to check.

Confirm the Surge is syncing correctly and let me know if the display shows the correct data.
