Surge swipe not working

Hi all,

Not a big problem but I wondered if anyone else is experiencing it. When I press the button on the left of the Surge it brings up 'Run' but on that screen I used to be able to swipe to settings and things like the timer/stopwatch. All I get now is 'Run', it won't swipe to anything else. It's fine for all I need to do at any rate, but would like to get the full functionality back that it had. It seems to have occurred last Friday when another odd thing happened, the Surge was recording maximum output for 8 hours so said I'd made an enormous amount of active minutes when I fact, being Good Friday, I'd had a quiet day with little movement.

Any advice appreciated!

Ken

Have you done a restart at all?

Do it at least 3 times.

There is a lot of posts on this problem - most with no resolution. Some have had success with the restart procedure but appears that the problem returns.  This definitely DID'NT work for me.  However, just today I stumbled upon a tactic that worked in my situation.

Try moistening your 'swipe' finger/thumb (water/saliva) and try swiping.  I kid you not - it works for me!!
