When I try to track exercise the surge tells me no shortcuts set on mobile or web! I'm not sure what to do???

It's great to see that you've visited the Fitbit Community @shelly1213. There is a new feature called SmartTrack. It allows your Surge to detect and track your activities automatically. You can add up to 7 shortcuts to your tracker from the Fitbit app or the web.
