I paid over £200 for my surge watch and it's gone bubbly near the clock bit,
What can I do about it?

I'm on my second surge within one year. I pay too much money for the poor quality that is displayed on this product. Same thing is happening to me. The first time, the band was cracked near the screws underneath the face. Clearly, there is a design flaw here.

Well, just sendt fitbit another mail about my Surge. 3 Surges in one year. I feel slightly annoyed... Fitbit team sent me replacement bands, but the same happens, the rubber peels off! 2 replacement bands, and I guess they'll send me another. I have the blue one. I wonder if the black one is more "solid"?
My hubby has the black one, and has never had any issues with his.

The band of my black surge is wearing away to reveal the hard plastic beneath. I have sent an email to Fitbit and I'll see what they say.

My fella has a black one and his is fine!
Yet I have red one and it's coming away,
I emailed them anyway,
I can't ring due to being deaf x

Beckaii: Well, seems that both blue and red have some issues then.. So if they decide to send me another replacement band, I want the black one...!
Love the blue one, but seriously, If the black one is more "durable", I'll have to change... Bummer bigtime!!

That said the fitbit customer service came through before so hope they do again.
