Why did my surge show that I had reached my 10,000 goal but did no synced that info. Now my Sunday info shows me short of reaching my goal for Sunday

Sorry I'm not really understanding your question. Some is in title and some in the thread so its hard to see what you are asking.
Try a restart. Do it at least 3 times.
