Surge will no longe sync with my PC app but will sync with my iphone 5s

I just got my since yesterday and the sync to both PC and iphone is working fine but now it will not sync to my PC app.  And a new message appear on my computer saying that it no longer recognize the wireless sync dongle whenever I plug in the dongle?  What gives?  it recognized it the day before just fine.  So now I can only sync with my iphone and not my PC.  Anyone else have this problem?

@chris2016 Welcome to the Fitbit Community! Try to use a different USB port to check if it will recognize it. Also, restart your computer and try again. If it is still grayed out and not being recognized; I recommend reporting that problem to customer support to check if they can get you a new one.
