Surge will not allow me to exit demo mode

I purchased the Surge and I cannot get it to stop showing the demo tour and actually allow me to pair.

Hoping someone can help????

Hi @Hyaq84 - The Surge is an old device. Who sold this to you? It sounds like you got a store demo which cannot be paired to a phone.
