Brand new Surge, shows as lower power even though plugged in to mains overnight and plugged to PC for several hours.

Thanks for joining us @LewM, hope you're doing great! Congratulations on your new Surge. Usually when the Fitbit is new and it is having issues with the battery level, it is because something went wrong while Setup process, or it is having hardware issues. Please try the next steps:
Make sure that mobile device and Fitbit App are up to date. If the battery of your Surge keeps draining, contact Customer Support, so they can further investigate to give you the next step.
