Surge will not come back on after it died a week ago. I've tried to reboot a few times but the watch will not come back on. Please advise. I really would like to get back to tracking my runs, and exercise.
This happened to me last week. And I wasn' able to charge it either. I tried wiping a qtip on the charging connectors and cleaned it off. I was able to get it to work again today.
