Surge will not update and will not synch now

Screen said to update and tried four times. It won’t update. And it will no longer synch.

 

I HATE updates!

Sorry about the issues in regards to the last update. Please allow me to help you with your inquiry. By the way, thanks for trying those steps to update it. Have you tried to restart your Surge, if not try to do so! Then check if your Fitbit App and iPhone are up to date. 

 

Once you've done that, follow these steps to reconnect your Surge with your account, sometimes you need to delete it from the Bluetooth to finish this process.

Two days later and it did synch! It has done that from time to time, sometimes giving me the steps but not my sleep or not syncing at all. This is my second Surge.
