why does my Fitbit surge have an empty battery sign with a ! In the middle? I’ve charged it and it won’t do anything... what can I do?

Hi @KerryBelle - How long have you had your Surge? That devise was released quite a few years ago (2015). I’m sorry to say the battery may no longer be good. Time for a new Fitbit device.
