My Surge is about 16 months old & just stopped staying on. It is fully charged but will only stay on for about 60 secs. I have tried resetting but still the same. Any ideas ?

That's odd! it is not that old. Thanks for trying the restart on your Surge, I'd suggest to perform these steps to disconnect it from the Fitbit account to set it up again; since it might be having some internal issues. You didn't mention hardware difficulties, so let's try that for now and please let me know if this helps.
