Surge won't swipe even after many resets

I have had my surge for just under 2 years now and wear it constantly. It is well looked after and in good shape (still with original strap etc). About 2 weeks ago it just stopped swiping and even though I have tried resetting 10+ times, leaving it off for a while, swiping harder etc etc it still will not swipe.

I it game over for my surge, or is there something I can do about it?

The restart procedure is the only tool we have to try and fix problems like these. I think your best option would be to contact customer support. Are you still in warranty? It runs for 12 months from purchase but this is 24 months if you are in Europe.

 

Even if you are out of warranty it's worth contacting them. If they can't fix it they often offer a discount towards a replacement purchase.

Thanks Steve. I am in South Africa, so think the warranty has lapsed.
