Surge won't sync to phone, bluetooth can't find it

I am having trouble getting my Surge to sync to my phone, tried all sorts of trouble shooting including bluetooth"forgetting" the Surge. Now my phone won't find Surge. Tried rebooting phone, switching Surge off and back on again, Surge on charge and still nothing, and I am at a loss now I haven't changed my phone either. On my laptop I had to uninstall the programme and install again, and set up the account before it would sync on there. Any ideas please?

It's nice to see our Community is growing @devondumpling72! Welcome! Cat HappyHave you make sure your Internet and Bluetooth connection are working correctly? Also, try restarting your Surge one more time by following these steps and then make sure to follow the steps provided below depending on the mobile device you have:

 

- iOS device

- Windows phone

- Android phone
