Surge won't sync

My surge will not sync to my phone or computer. It has last sync'd on the 22nd of January. I have read through the forums a bit and have had no luck.

Suggest you contact customer support via email as I did and, when I got someone good they got me to try some steps and when that was unsuccessful they got my details and copy of receipt and replaced it.

I was having the same problem with intermittent syncing issues with my PC running Windows 10.  What I discovered was the bluetooth from my iPhone and my iPad were interfering.  When I turned off bluetooth on those two devices, the tracker was found and it synced fine with the PC.
