Hi all! I have a surge and a couple of times it has run out of battery, the problem is when I charge it and turn it back on, the time is stuck on when it went dead!
It doesn't seem to be syncing with my phone at all anymore and I've even turned both off and in again 😊
any help appreciated, thank you.

Ok sorry everyone, no idea how, but it's now synced! I've been trying to do it for a week with no luck, I ask the question and then it works haha.

Welcome to the forums @nickyah, thanks for the update! It's great to know your tracker is properly syncing now. If you do find any trouble again to initiate a sync, make sure you've also tried all of the steps here to resolve syncing issues.
As an alternative, you can also try to restart the Bluetooth on your phone (On/Off) or try setup your tracker as a new device. I hope this helps.
