Surge wont sync with my phone

I haven't changed my phone or had a new watch and when I came to sync my watch this morning it wouldn't connect. It just keeps saying looking instead of syncing and won't connect at all or show any steps or exercise I have done today and have tried to delete the app and turned the Bluetooth off endless times and nothing seems to be working

I had a problem earlier today. Might have been a server glitch. Working now.

I'm still having the same issue it just still keeps saying 'looking' instead of syncing and hasn't synced since yesterday evening
