Surge wristband breaking

Hi, my name is Melveta. I've had my Surge for over a year and love it. It has all the wonderful features I enjoy and the screen is very easy to see. My wristband broke and is not repairable. The device still works great and I would like to keep it. Also, it would be nice if I could replace the band as I am allergic.

Hi Melveta,

Try Fitbit support, Live chat they will probably offer you 25% on a new Fitbit. They have stopped making the Surge. You can buy new bands from Amazon but it is a bit tricky to change as when you take out the screws the wristband is glued in.

Last year my wristband broke and received a new Surge, now the band is going on the replacement and i have been offered 25%.
