Surge wristbands damaged , need to be replaced

My Surge wristbands is damaged after just 5 months of purchase. I have already tried tweeting and was informed that I need to open a support case. Please help!!

Welcome to the Forums @AdrianMai@SteveH it's right, for hardware issues it's best to contact our suppor team so they can give you a better resolution for your case. Try to contact them as soon as possible, to use your Fitbit warranty, in case that this apply.

Unfortunatelty the band can't be replaced on the Surge so you'll need to replace the entire thing. If the damage was the result of a defect rather than accidental damage then you will still be under warranty and need to contact customer support via this link to open a support case:
