 I have had a fitbit since December 2015.  I have a Charge HR and Surge.  The Surge, I wear my surge everyday.  It started to come apart less then 1 year later.  Fitbit replaced it.  The second started coming apart but I continued to wear it as they would not replace the 2nd one.  Both sides holding the element came apart.  I am trying to superglue it together--not working.  Any suggestion from someone that has been here.  I will not buy another one.  I will switch to apple watch.

For what is it worth, all new trackers now have replaceable bands and you can get inexpensive bands on Amazon.
