The dial face of my Surge has horizontal band across. Have restarted it a couple of time, but the line appears after a few minutes. Can anyone help?

If restart isn't working there is not a lot you can do. Surge is pretty old. Mine lasted 3 1/2 years and then died May it RIP as I loved my surge

 

Your best bet is to contact support and see what your options are. Use Help Link at top of forum
