Ive just bought Fitbit surge
Ive downloaded the app onto google pixel. its trying to sync by blue tooth. The phone and Fitbit are unable to sync and I have tried numerous times. Could anyone help ??

Thanks for the steps you have tried. I was checking comparability for Google Pixel phones, but I noticed that they are not listed on the official list of compatible devices that connects with Fitbit products. That means that you have the option download the Fitbit App, but Fitbit can not assure that all the features will work flawless because the device is not totally compatible. ![]()
In these cases it´s best to use a compatible device or a computer or laptop to avoid connectivity issues. Thanks for your understanding and I hope you will be able to use your Fitbit.
