Very frustrated did 30 min workout yesterday and surge only synced 20 mins and today I did 30 mins workout and it didn't since at all. I'm not doing something g right and driving me crazy. Love my surge but can't figure it all out. Help please

Welcome to the Fitbit Family @Dentalprincess7! It's great to have you here! 

Allow me to help, SmarTrack autodetects your workouts and you can set the auto detection time for each workout. I recommend you checking your settings and edit the time to autodetect your workouts.
